To process your return order, please read the following instructions:
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Item being returned must be in the original box and properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
You must contact us to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#). No packages will be accepted without an RA#.
Exchange Options:
Standard Exchange: We will replace item upon receipt of your original returned product. No restocking fee will apply.
Expedited Exchange: You may place a new order online and include the new order number with your exchange to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
No credit or refunds will be given to orders received that do not follow these instructions, or that product returned is found to be used or damaged.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers returning or exchanging items are responsible for the shipping charge of the item back to us. We recommend sending via UPS, Fedex, or Priority Mail in order to obtain a tracking number. This will expedite the return/exchange process in the event items are delayed or lost during transit.
Closeout Purchases: All Sales are FINAL on Close Out items. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
