Shipping and returns HEADING_TITLE
To process your return order, please read the following instructions:
  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Item being returned must be in the original box and properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  • You must contact us to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#). No packages will be accepted without an RA#.
  • Exchange Options:
    1. Standard Exchange: We will replace item upon receipt of your original returned product. No restocking fee will apply.
    2. Expedited Exchange: You may place a new order online and include the new order number with your exchange to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
  • No credit or refunds will be given to orders received that do not follow these instructions, or that product returned is found to be used or damaged.
  • All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Customers returning or exchanging items are responsible for the shipping charge of the item back to us. We recommend sending via UPS, Fedex, or Priority Mail in order to obtain a tracking number. This will expedite the return/exchange process in the event items are delayed or lost during transit.
  • Closeout Purchases:
    All Sales are FINAL on Close Out items.
    No returns or exchanges are accepted.
